The Challenge is back and better than ever!!!

We challenge you to complete 20 Classes between March 1st-30th and if you are successful you will be entered to win some incredible prizes, with our Grand Prize being a night for two including dinner at the beautiful Fairmont Hotel MacDonald!!! We will be having our wrap up party on Sunday March 31st at 9:15am where Meg will be providing the yoga flows alongside Jen who will be providing live beats! There will be snacks and refreshments to follow class while we give away our prizes. Drop in Classes

Flow classes, Gentle Yoga, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, All In The Hips, Essentrics, and now Barre!

Navina Yoga offers many different styles of yoga in our drop schedule which cover a wide range so that we have something for EVERYone. All class styles cater to all levels and busy schedules. We understand that no two weeks are alike so this offers you the flexibility to come to class when it suits you based on both your fluctuating schedule and needs. Classes range from 60-75 minutes but we highly recommend leaving yourself time for the 75 minute self care splurge as it leaves enough time for a long savasana and aromatherapy treat at the end. We are passionate about offering a service that is not just focused on the physical aspect of the practice but also the mental aspect. We all deal with stress and anxiety at least at some point if not constantly and this is why we do our best to incorporate a few extra minutes to ensure that you can enjoy the best of both worlds.

Make the most of your time with one of our highly skilled instructors. Navina Yoga offers great introductory packages for beginner's who are unable to attend the pre-registered class but still looking to build a strong foundation before entering the drop-in classes. Whether you are new to yoga or not, private sessions can challenge any body and ability safely so you can make the most of your results with your own private practice or even make it a regular movement date with loved ones!

Although our drop in classes do cater to all levels, if you are new to yoga we highly encourage you to take a beginner's course first. This will ensure that you have a strong foundation which will surely lead you to a safe and sustainable practice. Other specific classes we offer are pre and post natal, as well as senior classes. So whether you are simply just facing the unknown of yoga, or growing a human, or becoming a parent, one of the biggest influential factors in success is support. In these registered classes you will be surrounded by individuals going through a similar experience.
